In no event shall fancyGearBox be liable for any consequential damages, indirect, special or contingent costs including but not limited to damages for delayed deliveries, damages for loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of production, costs of capital, claim from customers for service interruptions, property damages or otherwise.
If fancyGearBox incurs liability towards any third party for such damage to property as described in the preceding paragraph, the Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold fancyGearBox harmless.
